    How does AutoZoom determine financing terms and rates?

    Your terms are based on your credit history, income, and the price and year of the vehicle you're financing. 

    This is my first car purchase. Can I finance with AutoZoom?

    Our finance sources accommodate most credit profiles. Our minimum requirements to obtain financing are as follows: you are at least 18 years old, make at least $10,000 in yearly income.

    If I have bad credit, can I still finance with AutoZoom?

    AutoZoom works with all types of credit and can accommodate most credit profiles. You must have a monthly income of at least 1500$ per month.

    Does getting pre-qualified impact my credit?

    No, getting pre-qualified does not affect your credit score. 

    How do I make my payments?

    The payments will be automatically withdrawn from your personal bank account. You will need to provide us a void cheque or a direct deposit form. 

    Can I carry over negative equity?

    Yes. Its always conditional to the bank approval. If approved the previous debt will be added to the total amount financed on your new car loan and included in your payments. Please note AutoZoom will pay off in total your previous car loan. 

    Does AutoZoom offer to finance?

    Yes. We offer financing through several finance sources, including AutoZoom Finance.

    Am I able to pay more than the required amount?

    Yes. You may put more money down or increase your monthly payment without any penalties. There are also no penalties for paying off your loan early if you choose to do so. 

    Can I change my payment dates?

    Yes. After your first payment comes out you can contact the bank your loan is through and have them change your payment date. 

    Is there a minimum amount I can finance?

    Yes. 7500$ is the minimum amount a bank can finance.

    I have no credit history. Can I finance with AutoZoom?

    How is the interest calculated?

    Interest is calculated on a per payment basis. This means if you pay your loan in full early you will not be charged the remaining interest.

    Simply by contacting the bank that your ban is financed

    Why was a payment withdrawn from my bank account for my old car loan?

    This is common if you have a previous car payment scheduled to come out within a few days of taking possession of your new vehicle. Once the cheque is sent It can take banks up to 10 business days to receive the funds and close the loan. Once closed the difference will be reimbursed and deposited back into your bank.
